They had the best price on good Horse shampoo. Unfortunately whoever packed my shipment placed on bottle upside down in the box. They even place a "This end Up" sticker on the box! Needless to say I had quite a mess when I opened the box. This company only has office staff on Mondays. It took several emails to get an partial refund. But, they did make it right. Reading the review, I was not the only person to have liquid shipped upside down. Again, not the company's fault.

Although CLEARLY NOT NEW ,as advertised...... I will elect not to return, this time. Seller, if you do this to me, again, I WILL ask for a refund. Please inspect what you call "new" in the ad... thanks. Box arrived well, and in good time, no damages noted.

Purchased this so-called 'New' item for $699.00, only to receive a product that was far from new. It arrived without its original packaging and missing essential components. The item itself was in terrible condition, with clear signs of tampering and neglect. The seller's communication is nonexistent once they've received your payment, despite their empty assurances in the listing. If you encounter any issues, don't bother reaching out – they simply don't care. Save yourself the trouble.

This isn't true. Wasn't listed as new, buyer has sent 4 messages all of which we responded to. We described this exactly on the listing and in 3 messages to buyer prior to buying. We told him it was untested by us, but it was returned by a previous customer. We sent the complete report/test the previous buyer sent us when returning. Buyer said none of that was issue, and bought. Received it, and said they wanted a refund. They demanded the refund. We advised to return

The response from the seller is unquestionably inaccurate. It is a fact that I sent a total of three or more emails, all of which went unanswered. Furthermore, it is essential to note that they do not respond to any issues. I would like to draw your attention to their feedback history; as of the current date, they have accumulated 33 negative and 30 neutral reviews within the span of just 10 months since creating their account. Buy from another seller, you will thank me.

Great price on saline. However, when packaged, the box of saline bottles was put into a box to be shipped, and the address label was put on so it was upside down in transit. Due to this, there was a considerable amount of leakage, which is very frustrating. Otherwise great seller with competitive prices.
