They were packaged in a cardboard box and lined with packing paper for added security and safety, so they were not damaged during shipping or delivery. The seller is honest and respectable.     The items case was not cracked in the listing photos. When I received it, the front of the case, had a large crack in it and was kind of rough looking. Contacted the seller, hoping for at least a slight refund as I wanted to keep the item. He did, however, offer me a full refund if I returned the item.
