I'm genuine and honest seller and I'm doing my best to satisfy all my customers orders , BUT I don't have full control over the whole process.

Even after using services as Royal Mail, Hermes etc, I rarely have any issues, but sometimes delays and losses occur.

Please contact me if you have not received your item within 4 working days of purchase. I try to post same day, if not items will go at 6am next morning - but i will try my best.
