  I ordered 2 sets of curtain hold backs . took longer than expected to arrive & when it did the package was open & insecure. There were only two packs of screws inside. Contacted seller who offered a £3 partial refund & suggested I purchase holdbacks from a local store ???. I refused & asked them to send what I had ordered. I received 2nd package after a week. This time it WAS sealed, however the package only contained 2 sets of screws again. I have a video of us opening the 2nd pack.
