    The items are what was described sellor gave a delivered by date wed 10th Sept and as I required them from the 13th ordered but then as soon as payment had been made said to expect a delay in delivery so the item arrived too late and we had to buy alternatives. Emailed sellor as soon as I realised they were not coming in time and got a poor response, obviously we're not bothered as a sale had been made

    Seller sent the wrong item out as the item ordered was not in stock. No communication around this prior, and very unhelpful in getting this sorted! Please take this feedback on board, and in future, inform the customer that their ordered item is out of stock, and if they’d like a different version sent out!

    It is wrong lock and it is not as pictures you put for view. I order two flat lock as picture but I received Mortise lock. They are not work for me and my job. Why you send me wrong lock 😔😔😔 I contact seller many times but they was not response about it and ignore me.
