  The box was battered and not sealed, which was disappointing. I asked to return it for a refund, which I received very quickly. I asked to be refunded the package and postage as this was the way I sent it back. The seller agreed to this and I was reimbursed for this also.   I am absolutely disgusted with this seller I ordered this tricycle in plenty of time for my granddaughters birthday and they said it will be delivered on the 5th March but never received it contacted them and they said that they would get on to Royal Mail after that heard nothing. Then I got a refund from E Bay.
