  Ordered item sept .4 and had free shipping from Massachusetts. Long story short a bunch of messages back and forth for 2 weeks. Then a message about item is out of stock and it gonna be another week. Finally a tracking number provided with a link in a different language. So frustrating product never showed and was refunded money.

  True the item was delayed due to out of stock locally, sourced from another shipper. Provided communication along the way. Ultimately, the final delivery issue was on Buyer's end. I have proof that they attempted delivery and was not successful due to logistical issues at the location. Delivery company explained this was not the first time there was an issue with delivery here.
