We weren't in to receive the original delivery on Friday. I had to chase them to get the item redelivered on Tuesday as they left no card. I only knew of the failed delivery attempt from my CCTV otherwise I would have had no idea what was going on.

Shipping was later than I expected put when I contacted BK they were quick to respond and the unit was delivered the next day. The item was well packaged but I was expecting a specific lead to connect to my amp. In further communications they told me they no longer supply this lead. I may have missed this on there website. I would recommend this seller for audio Subwoofer as the quality is excellent. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
