  I received the item broken, so I messaged the seller which ignored me, then for me ro get a refund I had to return and pay return postage which wasn't fair as they was broken, all they had to do was reply and send me a new pair but no! no customer service, don't bother just buy some from dunelm, cheaper and better quality, these probably got them off temu, load of rubbish
