The package, a cardboard envelope had been bent. The sign was easy to unbend but left a few wrinkles that add to the sign’s appeal in my opinion. The sign started out in perfect condition exactly as pictured I’m sure. So if your post office is better than mine, I would buy this again. We have had lots of issues with them lately. It’s fully insured so they will reimburse you for the damage. You can file a claim online too.
