The best feedback is when something goes wrong and how the seller handles it. In this case the USPS misplaced the package. Seller was on top of this. He provided excellent communications to indicate what steps he was taking to resolve issue. In the end he submitted a lost package claim that resulted in the discovery and delivery. It is easy to say item was described. Was shipped quickly. Was packaged well. Too bad I cannot collect on the frequent flier points it has accrued.

Great deal!! Bought a 2023 Jeep Renegade and the dealer couldn’t get us a hard copy of the manual. Told us we had to view it on line. Saw this one on eBay and it’s exactly like the OEM one. Glad we found it. Seller answered a few of my questions and I bought it. It was promptly shipped and was in pristine condition. Still had the OEM plastic wrapping on it!!
