  Expected a 6ah battery as per description. Got a 5.5a/h battery and was told it should have been an 8ah! Explained it was the wrong one and was told they will refund £5 and I can sell the battery to a friend. No, that's not acceptable, filed a return for the wrong item and they paid return shipping as they should have done. Chinese seller pretending to be in Britain. Far to many doing this and ebay hasn't stopped it. Neither has it banned this partial refund offers they keep insulting us with

  This Ad says 2 batteries when I got mine there was only 1 contacted seller who said there was only one battery but admitted ad was confusing refunded £ 3.00 I still think Ad should be made clearer .
