There was a problem with the delivery (not the sellers fault) but after contacting the seller, the problem was resolved straight away, another teapot was sent & received the next day, with a small gift by way of an apology. I was kept informed by the seller every step of the way. Good price, & well packaged. Would recommend the teapot & recommend the seller 100%. Thank you!
