  This is my second time I have ordered replacement blinds from this retailer and I can't stress enough about the unbelievable quality they are, I sent the wrong size for my blinds but was contacted by the seller to check my measurements before they proceeded with the order and I was able to correct the size with them. The order arrived a lot earlier than stated which was good and I intend to order more blinds from them very soon.

After placing my order, I was sent a message requesting that I double check & confirm the vertical blinds' slat length that I'd supplied was definitely correct, prior to manufacture commencing, which I regarded as being a wide precaution.
