    This item (spare part for pleated blind) was very difficult to find elsewhere. The seller dispatched the item promptly but Royal Mail took a long time to deliver the package. The seller was very helpful giving advice and promised to replace the order if the package failed to be delivered. Eventually Royal Mail did deliver the item. Many thanks to the seller for help during the process.
