    Seller isn’t good at communicating, had a lot of delivery issues and had to make a claim with eBay for my money back. I repurchased these lamps as they were a gift for someone hoping that it may be different with the seller. However I purchased 3 pink lamps and received 2 pink and 1 black!? Very confused as to how they made that mistake! Overall it’s been such a time consuming ordeal and it’s not worth it.

    I ordered 3 of the Stitch as gifts. The seller checks each one. I did have a problem with one of them however seller acted very quickly & with respect. Very fast delivery. Arrived very well packed. Excellent quality. Such a beautiful gift for someone who loves stitch or a gift for yourself. Seller's communication is very good. Responded within 24 hours.

    False advertising and seller won’t refund. Item is already 6 days late and still not in stock! I’ve asked to be refunded twice and the seller keeps fobbing me off. If the correct delivery times were advertised I wouldn’t have purchased from this seller. The seller keeps telling me not to worry I’ll get the item. This was a present and not delivered on time so I’ve had to pay out again to purchase from a reputable seller. The item was falsely advertised so I should be refunded asap!
