I received the wrong item, when mentioned I was told yes that I received wrong item as the one I wanted wasn't in stock 😞 so sent an alternative. The item was also damaged it had a cracked frame, I was told I'd receive 20% back for the inconvenience but I didn't receive anything, very disappointed as I could of lived with the wrong item as the alternative is still very nice but the damage and the response was not great.
