Item not as described or advertised. Contacted seller to ask if a second name could be included and they said yes. Item arrived in full caps font as opposed to swirly font shown in photos. Seller very rude when I asked why it was different replying “you should have used one name if wanted like photo”. They had a duty to inform me that the topper would look different and a different font needed to be used but they failed to do so. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Avoid.
