    Today I have received from you an item that is now of no use to me as it has arrived far too late. I have repurchased this same item elsewhere, it has been received by me and used. That means I have had to pay twice. I wish to have the goods purchased from you returned and money refunded. The only communication I had from you was to say check tracking. There were no updates in tracking other than a notification that you had requested goods held by courier to be returned to you; the seller.

    Wrong item delivered, contacted supplier they apologised and said they would send the correct items. That was nearly 3 weeks ago, so I guess I'm not going to get what I ordered. In future I'll shop on the High street, obviously less risk than shopping online.
