I messaged to ask about the isolator switch as I was missing the 'back box' off of what was pictured as it didn't feel very safe with what I was supplied. The seller was only interested in refunding a couple of quid. I would avoid this seller after this experience as if you're selling electrics, at least be educated to advise on what you're selling.

When they arrived they were packaged in bubble wrap and paper not boxed,some of the filters were damaged by pressure and indentation throughout the journey.This is a foreign company not uk so all correspondence is out of hours
