  The seller sent out the balloon quickly which was great. Unfortunately when it item was posted it wasn’t in a protective plastic packaging. In was just the balloon folded in the envelope it arrived in. When I took it to have helium put in it there was a hole in it. By the time I got it home it was flat so it just when straight in the bin. Disappointing. To be fair I didn’t bother to complain to the seller. I just won’t buy from them again.

  The item was sent in a plastic envelope. The item inside wasn’t in additional packaging but this was advertised as such.
