  I lowered my bid on this item by 1 cent but also explained that I would only buy the item if the seller included a second item , ebay said seller agreed to my terms so I bought it , took forever to get here and only 1 item was delivered not two like my terms of my purchase explained . I want a full refund of my money cause its not even the right item . It's just a piece of sawed off black plastic pipe. Not an actual part . I will never use this seller again .
