Since 1897, we have changed millions of vulnerable pets’ lives and supported the families that love them through veterinary help, behaviour support and so much more. All of this help is down to our supporters – past and present.

Lives are transformed by the love and companionship pets bring. So, saying goodbye to one – whether due to death or separation – is always sad, difficult and often traumatic. It affects people in many ways.

But, remember, you are not alone. If you are grieving for a pet, or facing loss, our free and confidential Pet Bereavement Support Service (PBSS) is here for you by phone, email or webchat.

Our mission is to reach as many people as possible with compassion and understanding, so that no one goes through the pain of losing a pet alone.

    Amazing service. Guitar was exactly as described and well packed on arrival. Parcel force has issues collecting the guitar (not turning up) and issues getting the guitar to Cumbria ( it went to Essex). Seller kept me updated with what was happening due to those issues beyond there control. One of the best sellers I have had dealings with and I have no hesitation buying other things. All for good cause too. I wish all sellers were this good.
