  They were unable to complete the sale, they said the CPU was damaged and couldn't be shipped. They offered a much more expensive CPU with no discount for the hassle. I asked about an i9 around the same price but they said that one was out of stock. Even though it was listed as available, best to ask first with this seller. Still waiting on the refund from PayPal but they did at least communicate very timely.

  This is not a feedback on the product but the seller. The product arrived on time and good packaging. The product didn't work when installed in my computer. The seller tried to help me troubleshoot the issue. When nothing worked he initiated a refund for the order. He was very quick to respond. Kudos to the seller.

  Item as described and functional, packaging was questionable with a piece of foam separating two cpu, secured with a rubber band, then wrapped in bubble wrap. Came with CPU paste that I did not use. Due to the questionable nature of the packaging I would not use this seller again even though the product arrived undamaged and in good condition. CPUs had some old paste on the the lid that I removed.

  Wonderful transaction! Very prompt shipment, arrived more than a week before the delivery window. I was able to monitor tracking throughout it's movement. The item arrived very well packaged and works like new! Seller contacted after delivery to see if any further assistance was needed.
