    Instrument arrived well packed and prior to the earliest date expected. The instrument is exactly as described on eBay and in excellent condition. I am very happy to have received it as it was the first theodolite I used in my initial survey training, chosen to ensure that trainee surveyors develop good tripod setup techniques from the start of their career. The seller also included a map of Houston which I appreciated as I lived there in the 1980's.
