  I found myself in a pinch when another seller accidentally switched 2 items and sent the one that I ordered to someone else. I advised this seller that I had a date that I needed this item by.   This seller is a rare commodity on eBay. The item was described absolutely correctly but did not fit when delivered. I did not ask the seller for anything and simply told him that I would donate the item to charity. He was not to blame for anything, and yet, he refunded the total purchase price!!
