    The remote, with very clear written instructions, arrived on time and well-packaged, important because it's quite a delicate item. I made a mistake using it, raised a query with the seller who responded within an hour (over Christmas too - very impressed!), and was helpful and friendly. He identified what I had probably missed, I followed his advice and I now have an unlocked Sony Blu-Ray player. Easy-peasy. Highly recommend his product. Excellent e-bay seller.
