  Cabinet arrived quickly tracked parcelforce, however box was very damaged,been opened and been sold before,listed as NEW, but should have been new other , slight scratch on one panel, however have left positive feedback, because seller was very quick in replying and offering a solution, also cabinet was well made and good price, would use seller again, hopefully they alter any other listings reflecting any damage or previously sold items. I suspect it was a return from another company

  I paid for 2 of these 'whole' fences. I recieved 2 small panels, not as described. I spoke to the seller who said it could be an issue with the warehouse. Item arrived in a smashed up box. I sent pictures. Seller asked me what 'I'd like to do about it'. I responded and he ignored me! I sent the panels back as they were useless to us. Had to try and get money back through Ebay!!!   AVOID this seller!!!! I ordered a small coffee table which arrived broken. Seller ignored my message for 7days and only responded after I escalated it eBay. The response was JOKE! I paid £29.99 and I was offered £10 refund, what a JOKE! Seller has been given ample opportunity to resolve this and I now have to escalate it to EBay again! This seems to be a recurring feedback for this seller.They have no interest in rectifying any issues and is hugely unhelpful! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

  Good item and a good price, delivery was a little slow, as advised item was packed and ready for delivery on the 24th but didn’t arrive until the 28th. In saying that great item but not packed in additional packaging just added label to the box the pump came in.
