  I paid for a natural cut heart shape blood ruby. What I received nearly a month later was a lab grown ruby. I messaged the seller and their reply was I can keep the stone with a 20% refund. I told them I want what I paid for. I got no reply back. The stone that was sent has a line of microscopic air bubbles. I highly do not recommend buying from this seller.
