    This seller is awful. Only half the order arrived but the system said order was complete. Improved by the weight stamp on the envelope and weighing the one item that arrived, that the order had not been fully sent. Then lots of poorly written messages telling me the rest of order was sent ‘again’ but never arrived. Kept saying delayed 24hrs. Now having waited with a project delayed, they just say the will refund. Cost me money and wasted time.

    Disgusting customer service. I was sent the wrong item, despite having queried it to make sure before purchasing. When I asked to return it and receive a refund, they repeatedly attempted to avoid refunding the money - there was no question that it was their fault but in the end it took 12 messages to get it resolved and it was only £8.99! What a waste of time. I’d never buy from them again.
