FIRST let me tell you that this is a reorder, it came very quickly, my order was lost in transit. I put blame where I should not have but the circumstances were very special and for doing that Neil I am very sorry. The chain was to be worn with a wedding ring, lost my wife on new years eve, sfter bein married for 46 years. Please accept my apolagies. I have this one and thank you for refunding me for the lost one again it was not your fault. I will have no problem with dealing with this company
