  Great Katannas, not so good service- ordered x2- sent x1, emailed to query with photo of box-no reply for days, sent multiple queries, still no reply-eventually after stating I would start a claim, they replied to tell me they had sent x2 in " a long box" together.I had to send photos to show that they couldn't get x2 in the box I was sent.They then apologised saying they had sent the box to the wrong customer.A speedy reply and an genuine effort to resolve this would have been better?
