  Dishonest! Had one missing box of patches, contacted seller, seller stated boxes were weighed, so proved all boxes were there. I sent them pictures, they still told me all boxes was there, I contest it, they asked me for the original packaging label, not knowing there was a problem, I threw outer packaging in the trash, so they said again “we weigh boxes, so none is missing, we can’t help you, I hope you understand”, so I had to give them a negative!

  I order this product on August 22 when they took my money right away they said I would receive this product October 23rd I was like what 2 months to receive this product then a week later gotta another update saying September 23rd they didn't even give me tracking number cause was in Chinese and couldn't even click on it and then I received product 3 days later im glad it did receive it earlier but I never got a straight answer from beginning on delivery so was a Lil upset

  Item was broken in half when received. Packaging consisted of a plastic bag inside an envelope (not padded). Seller offered 30% compensation saying it was whole when they sent it!
