  Due to my misunderstanding that there are several sizes of this item I was upset getting a smaller size. I over reacted but after several message exchanges things are resolved. This vendor is great. I would buy from again.

  I do not recommend buying anything from this seller. I paid for a spare part for my boat but didn't receive anything. I lost time for more than 2 months waiting. I have tried many times to contact and get an explanation from the seller. To no avail. I have to apply to EBAY for a refund

  Received with thanks and compared to a lot of others at the money. Definitely worth it at this price. Had to flex it a bit to get it on but absolutely perfect. Top tip for the tiger 800, especially if it's 12 years old taking the screen off with the lower hinge bracket. The bolts don't like to come out, especially one of them.

  I installed the part about 2 months after I received the item from the seller. Once I installed it, the part didn’t work properly. Though it was after the refund period the seller was quick to respond to my request and has offered a full refund. Great customer service, shipping time was excellent and reply time and way to deal with the issue has been great.

  I need to add that the seller did reply and we’re currently figuring out the details. The product still doesn’t work, I’ve tried to pinpoint any other things that may cause issues, but it is clearly this unit. However seller has been very responsive and seems eager to help.
