    Had to pay extra postage to get the parcel. Packaging of the drill was good. Appears little used condition giving the appearance of being brand new. Condition is as described in the advert. For me this is great value for money. On time delivery but with insufficient postage this lost a couple of days.

    As per the last one we bought, this is another great purchase from a great seller to work with. Posted out quickly, tracked and arrived on time. Brilliant comms, even better price and as for condition , well have a look at the photos attached of the real item. Really can't find any fault with either the item or the quality service. I don't normally give long winded feedback but credit where it is due it is well deserved here. As I say if you are looking to buy then I would highly recommend.

    Best after-sales service I think I've ever had. Unit arrived defective, incredibly responsive seller generated a returns label immediately and sent another out same day. Both units arrived packed in very thick plastic and were sent tracked.
