Arrived in box protected by bubble wrap. Slight damage to box. Looked like label removed from box. Free postage and return postage. Had to return because my telephone did not recognise the headset when it was plugged in so it did not work. Seller excellent so far. No problems or delays with agreeing to the return.

  I found my hair was too short for the rotating hairdryer brush so I got in touch with the seller and they have given me a refund.
