  Good price. Good comms. OK delivery - the packaging was completely OTT so the unresourceful Yodel driver had no chance of posting through the letter box (it is easily small enough with proper packing) and they left it on the doorstep. We were way for the night but, luckily, nobody nicked it. It didn't occur to me to give the couriers alternative delivery instructions as I didn't expect a package the size of a box of cornflakes for a non-fragile product just over the size of 20 fags.
