  I ordered a cable to connect a phone, ordered but not received, to a broadband hub. The seller messaged me to advise that there were different wiring configurations and asking if I was sure that I had ordered the correct lead. Having checked technical data available to me, it was obvious I had order the wrong one. The seller advised what type of lead suited similar models of the same make and asked if they should send one of them instead. They were right! 1st class seller, product & service.
