That is not sealed as it was advertised. Not a big deal but the gum was missing from the pack too. Pretty disappointed with the bait and switch .Only spent a few dollars so not a crisis I just want to deal with honest sellers. There was no damage from shipping. If item was advertised damaged I would not have wasted my money. There was no ripped/sliced left side of the item. Having had the item since 1978 and knowing that the item would be sold as a pack, I removed the gum from the pack when i bought the box. Leaving the gum in the pack risked damaging the card against the gum. I am sorry that you were disappointed and felt screwed over. Simply asking for a refund would have gotten all money paid including shipping. Free pack of cards. negative feedback was unneeded
