  Had an issue with broken wheel bearings on arrival, asked the seller to refund half of the cost of the parts to repair it and they kindly refunded the entire cost of the repair. They have been exceptional to deal with and, overall, after repair, the bike will be better than it would nave been when new as the parts will be stronger. I'd buy off them again, so good job on customer service. A++++++++++
