  The needles arrived on time as advised by the vendor. Well packed, however the needle was shorter than ordered by 5cms. The number of stitches required to finish the garment was over 300, so I contacted her and unfortunately all the needles she had of the size required measured short of the 100cm suggested. She immediately actioned a full refund to resolve my problem.
