    Item supplied had either not been checked by them as they state in their description or they don’t care what state they send a part to you. The back plate was pretty much detached from the fan and the fan itself was seized up and required quite some WD40 to get it running. Sent them a message and they said they would send a replacement for shipping costs. I agreed but no just silence with no answer to further messages
