    Very negative experience. Ordered on the 19th December to arrive for Christmas. The shoes I ordered were the women's uggs tasman in chestnut UK 7. The shoes I received were men's UK 6. I contacted the buyer who promptly responded on the day which was 22nd December and said that the men's UK 6 should fit women's UK 7. This is not true as the shoes certainly did not fit and the uggs employee said men's UK 7 would fit women's UK 7. The buyer also falsely advertised as they have it listed as womens
