  The package was not wrapped sufficiently to protect the picture and the frame was broken. The delivery was supposed to be signed for, which did not happen either. We found the package down by the road under the mailbox in the rain.

  This was sent by ebays GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAMME and not by me, so any blame should be directed to ebay. Have messaged client several times now and they will not reply nor open a case up as ebay will refund their moneyif they did open a case - really really dissapointing !!!!!!
