About us

During Covid-19 when all Bolton Hospice's charity shops had to close, the hospice turned to online sale platform eBay as a way to generate much needed income.

The eBay team have since sold thousands of items raising tens of thousands of pounds so Bolton Hospice can continue to provide free specialist palliative and end of life care. We have sold over 10,000 items since we started and have a positive feedback score over 99%. We have also received "Top seller" status due to our reliability in postings, honesty in our listings and feedback from happy customers.

Our eBay sales are only made possible by generous donations of items by supporters. If you'd like to donate an item to our eBay store please take donations to our Tonge Moor Road charity shop Monday-Saturday between 10.00am-3.45pm.

    The record arrived as described and well packaged. The only issue was that the delivery service seemed to send it to the wrong depot and their tracking app was far rom helpful. The delivery ended up being several days late-but not the end of the world. That said, the postage charge was on the high side.

    Great value luxury item! However the packaging was a nightmare. Please learn how to wrap your packages safely and securely in future so it’s easy for the customer to open. Came in a different branded box which wasn’t mentioned in the description, but came with a dust bag which is nice. Pricey shipping but it was Royal Mail guaranteed service by 1pm with signature needed.
