    Parcel was sent out to couriers but they didn’t deliver it to me, they sent me a picture of the house it was delivered to but it’s not my house, although that told me it was delivered to my address, now waiting for courier to sort it out. I have now found my parcel about 20 houses down the road on the even numbers when my house is odd numbers further up the road. The parcel was clearly marked with my address. I have no problem with the seller but the courier is not reliable in my opinion.

    Seller only sent me 2 of the rubber parts despite there being 5 parts to the kit. Packet had been opened at his end and parts had been taken out, I'm guessing sold separately, so incomplete, but not checked before being posted, Took a while to get to me. very slow to communicate and gave me a partial refund and charged me £ 8.99 for 2 rubber grommets. So had to order again from another seller this time in Lithuania to get them. Costing me time and money and not being able to get job done.
