    Waited a week, EVRI had appeared to have lost the package as it had sat at sellers local depot, contacted seller, said they would chase up, waited another week still no sign of movement, contacted seller again and got a full refund, a few days later the package arrived, so I returned it to seller. Not sellers fault, a glitch with EVRI.

    Awful customer service they sent the incorrect part and started a chat to rectify the situation so they could send me the correct part and the chat lasted good few weeks back and forward and last few days leading up to the 30 days MBG they totally ignored my messages and I trusted they would resolve it. After the 30 days I put in for refund or help solve it me being trustworthy and that have totally blanked me now out off pocket. Beware don't trust this company they will lead u along.

    Issue with delivery company leading to delayed delivery as 1st attempt to deliver when garage closed. Nice price and correspondence despite frustration on waiting for the part. Suggest seller changes away from EVRi.
