  Seller sent the graphic novels - the courier left the package on the front door - unfortunately- the package went missing before we arrived home. I contacted the seller - the seller was very professional - communication was really good and polite. The seller issued a full refund. Excellent seller very professional - and very understanding - would use again.

  Item was marked as dispatched and yodel delivery tracking was provided. After a few days of waiting for movement Yodels tracking said they were still awaiting the item. I contacted the seller and they were apologetic and chased Yodel. It appears that it was lost in transit and therefore not the sellers fault. Seller issued a full refund. Communication was great and I received multiple updates on their progress chasing the item down. Even though I did not receive the item, seller was great

  I bought this job lot of address books and another job lot of 'Journals' from this seller and we are delighted as they will keep our lucky dip supplied for several events raising money for the Royal British Legion. They were accurately described and buying in bulk makes them great value. They were well packed and the seller reduced the total postage costs as this was a multibuy.
