    Disappointed about purchase, paid promptly upon purchase then 8 days later I received 75% of my order I feel paying a premium for postage (£5.50) and items just sent in a cardboard sleeve that wasn't sealed at either end so either parcel can be dipped into in transit or its contents rattled out on the huge mechanical machines with the Royal Mail service. Time taken to chase up my missing items with emails and trips to sorting office for help I get a poor non negotiable partial refund than return

    Item as described, however 8 days to buy the postage after agreeing a price is totally unacceptable, especially with zero communication. I waited so long, I asked the seller to cancel the order before it was posted, who completely ignored me and sent it anyway. Returning it now as it was a gift for someone's birthday 2 days ago.
