I was contacted by Booocat after purchase was received to notify me that the first disk on season 5 plays the season 1 pilot and season 1 episodes, despite showing information to say it is season 5 due to a factory mistake on some season 5 packs. As I did not have to complain and to report this fault and have received a refund I am very happy with Booocat's customer service.

This was no fault of the seller as the discs were mislabelled and packaged as season 5 and they very promptly refunded the boxset when I contacted them so I have rated the condition and despatch as 5 star to be fair. I had previously had the same problem ordering this item from a different supplier so there is obviously a fault at the factory.

The item was brand new with manufacturer tags & information sheet included, absolutely as described within seller's sale description.
